Bowls Club Digital

ABOUT ROB & BOWLS CLUB DIGITAL

Built by a Hampshire bowler who wants clubs to thrive.

Rob has bowled in Hampshire for more than 16 years. At 36, he started Bowls Club Digital to help clubs become easier to find, easier to join and easier for volunteers to run—while keeping the community spirit that makes bowls special.

DESIGNED AROUND YOUR CLUB

What this could include

01

Over 16 years in Hampshire bowls

Rob builds specifically for the day-to-day needs of lawn bowls clubs.

02

A practical focus on membership growth

Information is written and arranged for real members and volunteers, not generic software demos.

03

Public websites and private systems

A welcoming public website can sit alongside useful club administration tools.

04

Clear training and support

The aim is to help clubs grow membership while leaving volunteers with a system they understand and can use.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Created by a current bowler who cares where the sport is going.

I am a current bowler who loves the community around the game and wants to help clubs keep moving forward. Many clubs rely on committed volunteers, but important information can be scattered across noticeboards, email chains and old websites. Bowls Club Digital is about giving clubs practical tools that make life easier today and help them stay welcoming, visible and sustainable for the future.

THE PRINCIPLE

Help bowls clubs move forward while keeping their community at the heart of it.

Clear for members. Practical for volunteers. Built for the future of bowls.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Useful answers before you speak to us.

Can our volunteers update the site? +

Yes. The build can be arranged so authorised volunteers can update relevant content, upload documents and manage the parts of the system your club chooses.

Do Social Media Studio posts go out without approval? +

No. Every draft stays in your club’s review area until you choose a day and time to schedule it, or download it to post yourself.

Can we use our own club photos? +

Yes. You can add approved club, player or event photos to guide the image and post creation. Only upload images your club has permission to use.

Can more than one volunteer review Social Media Studio posts? +

Yes. The Studio account holder can create a secure, time-limited committee review link. A trusted volunteer can view drafts, approve them or request changes, but cannot connect Facebook, schedule posts, publish anything or access billing.

Can we cancel Social Media Studio? +

Yes. It is £10 per month with no long contract, and the subscription can be cancelled through the billing portal.

Do we need every website feature immediately? +

No. Clubs can start with a strong public website and add a Members Zone, booking or administration tools when they are ready.
